Pokemon Monster Dimension - Archie's Mightyena

This is the Mightyena belonging to Archie in the monster AU. As a Water Elemental, Archie imbues his Pokémon with the Water Type (or enhances it if is already a Water Type). The additional Water Type grants him the ability to breathe underwater and use Water Type attacks (note that as Archie's Pokémon are not shown in the series I pieced together a set from games and logical extrapolation).
